Following the huge success of the first PizzArt campaign which was carried out nationwide from May to October 2017, Fonterra's leading diary foodservices segment, Anchor Food Professionals celebrates the festive season with a lot of cheesiness by elavating the pleasures to a whole new level, let's welcome the second PizzArt campaign!

This time, the PizzArt campaign takes the enjoyment of pizza a notch up by infusing global food trends into local favorites. There innovative pizzas were designed and created by Anchor Food Professionals. This round, Anchor Food Professionals are working with 18 outlets in Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia to introduce the 5 new types of pizzas to pizza lovers!

So, shall we start now? Are you excited to find out more?!!!!

The 5 new types pizza under PizzArt were conceptualized and created by the Anchor Food Professionals' Hot Cooking Chefs as a way to help their partners created more excitement and variety in what they offer to their customers. These pizzas can only be made by kitchen crew with advance culinary skills, and in restaurant with pizza ovens.

During the launch, we have Anchor Food Professionals' Hot Cooking Chef, Chef Firuz show us Deep Cheese Pizza, one of their creation is made. Looks easy but not easy also, LOL! Anyway I also had learned some skill how to make pizza. HAHAHA!

The 5 NEW Type of Pizzas by Anchor Food Professionals

Pizz Burger

Pizz Burger is one of the main attraction, likely Malaysian favorite. The size is like mini bun but actually not that mini, features a succulent grilled minced lamb patty stuffed 3 type of Anchor Cheese : Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese and baked in light crust with Anchor Butter.

UltiMeat Pizza

If you ask my opinion, this is one of my favorite among the 5 new type pizzas. The special of this pizza is GLUTEN Free!!!!! The pizza base is made entirely out of ground chicken breast deep fried to crusty perfection before being baked with Anchor mixed cheese on top. The second reason that i love this pizza is because healthy! As you can see there's a lot vegetables on top instead only meat for normal pizza. So unique right?!!!

Deep Cheese Pizza

Inspired from the Chicago-authentic deep dish pizza, featuring an elevated layer of stuffing filled with creamy, delicious Anchor Mozzarella Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese with a heart Putanesca filling. If you are heavy cheese lover, I bet you will love this!!!

Cheese Pretzza

This cheese pretzza also very unique, a fusion between pizza and pretzel. Full with salmon filling, incorporated Anchor Cream Cheese and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream into the dough before it is baked. It it served with a side of pizza dipping sauce.

Pizza Roll

Wanna find somethings for breakfast or snack, the pizza roll is perfect for breakfast or snack as the delicately size stuffed with Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese, masala lamb and spinach.

So muchhhhhhh interesting right?!!! I bet you now salivating to try these artisan pizza. Anchor Food Professionals will be introducing these creations with their partners through a nationwide campaign from December 2017 to early June 2018.
